MultiHead OT.T.T.M.P. IV Multifunctional tool head with 3 tangentially controlled tool positions
The MultiHead OT.T.T.M.P. IV offers three tangentially controlled tool axis: one high-frequency oscillating and two fixed. An integrated laser pointer guarantees the precise positioning of the origin. With the standard marking device the individual products are labelled. A second marking device is optional.
All tools are computer-controlled. This enables aligning, cutting, creasing and marking without changing the tools, which increases the through-put and therefore also the profitability of this tool head.
The MultiHead OT.T.T.M.P. IV can be fitted with all available MultiHead tools for processing manifold different materials, e.g. cardboard, corrugated cardboards, laminates, PUR-foam, printed blankets, coating plates and others up to a thickness of approx. 20 mm.
Motorized stroke adjustment
A powered stroke adjustment increases the maximal material thickness which can be processed to approx. 35 mm. The tool stroke is infinitely variable between 12 mm - 40 mm. This way the stroke can always be optimally adjusted to suit the material thickness. This considerably reduces the waiting times, particularly when processing thin materials.
Integrated color camera
The intelligent camera system Automatic Eye enables quick and accurate cutting results of printed originals, even with misalignment and distortion
