Bevel cut device
The BevelCutDevice can be used, for example, for the 45° cutting of materials such as X-board, Kappa or 3-fold corrugated board. This offers new possibilities for the processing of displays or rigid packaging
The BevelCutDevice is equipped with a controlled (Z) height and(C) turn axis. It can therefore be used parallel to the, in the packaging industry proven creasing and cutting tool head, MultiHead IV. All functions can be set via the user interface Cutter Control Panel. An ingenious software provides the necessary axis interpolation during the cutting-into and controlled pulling-out of the cut

- 45° knife, tangential controlled, slanted cutting into the material through simultaneous movement
of the Z- and X- or Y-axis
- 18 mm cutting depth
- controlled Z-axis for immersion to cutting depth
