ARISTO: Breakthrough for manufacturing from plastics materials
So far, creasing plastics materials on digital
samplemaking machines was practically
impossible, the creases popped back due to
the stiffness of the material.
Now ARISTO has
developed the solution: InfraCreaseTM is a new
toolhead for its ARISTOMAT samplemaking
machines which softens the material controlledly
while creasing, through focused infrared light
which penetrates the material. Cuts and creases
materials of up to 1/3” thickness no problem.
In addition, for the automated volume production,
ARISTO introduces the new Boardlifter.
The Boardlifter can automatically load full sheets
of material from a bystanding pallet onto the machine
conveyor table.
